FlourishDx does not share personal identifying information about a user to any other user, account owner, account administrator, or line manager. Only aggregate, de-identified information is made available to account owners, account administrators, and line managers where permissions are granted.
However, you can use FlourishDx to provide users with the option to contact a nominated person or function within the organisation to request a welfare check.
From your FlourishDx Admin dashboard, using the menu to the left of screen navigate to 'System', then 'Preferences'. Using the menu at the top of the screen, navigate to 'Mental Health Help'.
Under 'Workplace Assistance', enter the information you want users to see in relation to this contact. This may include the name of the individual or team, along with information about how their request will be responded to.
You can also create a link to autogenerate an email that will be sent from the user's Outlook account to a nominated email address.
Decide on the text you want to convert into a link. For example, your text might say "Request a welfare check". Highlight the text, then click on the hyperlink button. A box will appear with the instruction to "Enter link". To create a link to an email address, type "mailto:[email address]" then click Save. Finally, click the 'Update Content' button at the bottom of the screen.
When a user clicks on this link, an email will generate from the user's Outlook account with the email address already populated in the 'To' field. The user can then send the email requesting a welfare check.
If you want to autopopulate the subject line and body of the email to make it easier for a user to request a welfare check, copy and paste the following text into the link box, editing the email address:
mailto:contact@org.com?Subject=Welfare%20check&Body=Requesting%20a%20welfare%20check%20please
This will generate an email addressed to the nominated email address with the subject line "Welfare check" and email body "Requesting a welfare check please". All the user needs to do in this case is press 'Send' on the email.
