To create custom employee demographic fields in your FlourishDx account, login to your admin dashboard. On the left-hand menu, select 'Users', then 'Manage Staff'.
From the top menu, select 'Create Staff'. To see the default demographic fields, click on 'Show Optional Fields'. The fields displayed here are automatically included for each FlourishDx user. If you want to add more fields to improve your ability to filter data, from the top menu select 'Staff Fields'.
Enter the Field Name, then specify the response options available for that field. Note that these are editable, so you can always add more response options later if required. Press the blue "Create New Field" button, and your new field will be added to the 'Custom Staff Fields' section at the top of the page.
There is no limit to the number of custom fields available.
To add or delete response options for a custom field, or to delete a custom field, click on the down arrow for the field. Click on the plus symbol to add a new response option, or click on the bin image to delete.
