Creating Custom Employee Demographics
1. Login to your FlourishDx admin dashboard.
Navigate to Manage Employees > Demographics.
The fields displayed here are automatically included for each FlourishDx user. These can be removed and some may be edited.
2. Input your custom Demographic name in the Add new demographic field.
Click the plus button.
3. Input a response option available for that field in the Add new item field that appears on the right.
At least 1 item is required before the demographic is saved. These are editable, so you can always add and update response options later.
Click the plus button.
Multi-level Demographics are supported. If you would like add more levels, input a response option to the Add new item field that appears on the right.
Click the plus button.
4. To update a user's demographics navigate to Manage Employees > Employees.
Click on a user to modify.
Your custom demographic will be included in the Modify User options.
Select an option for the demographic.
Click Save.
