From your FlourishDx Admin dashboard, using the menu to the left of screen navigate to 'System', then 'Preferences'. Using the menu at the top of the screen, navigate to 'Mental Health Help'.
Under 'Emergency' you can add or edit information for users not located within Australia. This may include medical emergency numbers along with mental health crisis telephone or text support services.
Under 'Workplace Assistance', enter the information you would like users to see.
Where you have engaged a third party to provide mental health support, information in this section should include the company name, telephone number, and webpage. You may also choose to include information about who is eligible to use the service (e.g. employees and their immediate family members) and how many sessions are available (e.g. 4 per year; 6 per issue; etc.).
Once you are happy with your text, click 'Update Content'.
