Closing your work factors risk assessment means you will no longer be able to add users to the survey, and users who have not yet responded will be unable to do so.
To close your risk assessment, login to your FlourishDx Admin dashboard. Using the menu on the left of the screen, navigate to "Surveys", then "Risk Assessment", and choose your risk assessment from the list. This will open the risk assessment dashboard. In the top right of the screen, click "Close Survey", then "Yes" to confirm.
