The Work Design Survey is a customisable perception survey allowing organisations to gather employee perceptions about work factors across three domains: Prevent Harm, Promote Flourishing, and Mitigate Illness. A number of validated survey scales are available within each domain.
The Prevent Harm domain includes scales that explore work factors known to contribute to employee stress and psychological ill-health.
The Promote Flourishing domain includes scales that explore work factors known to contribute to employee flourishing and positive mental health.
The Mitigate Illness domain includes scales that assess the presence of symptoms of psychological ill-health.
The Work Design Survey also includes a number of outcome measures that are likely to be influenced by each of the three domains.
