Bulk Upload/Update Users
You can create new users, or update existing users using the bulk upload feature.
Login to you admin admin dashboard.
Navigate to Manage Employees (for schools User > Manage Staff) > Import.
Download User CSV to get existing users in the correct format for uploading. If you want to add more fields to improve your ability to filter data, see Can I create custom employee demographic fields in my FlourishDx account?
Populate the required columns, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
All other columns have fixed response options which each user can populate upon registration.
Important Note: If you populate the fixed response fields your responses must be identical to the response options. If you are receiving error messages after trying to upload a completely populated spreadsheet, try deleting the data populating the fixed response columns then upload again.
Once you have populated the columns, ensure the spreadsheet is saved in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. Click on the 'Save As' icon, select 'Save as type' then choose 'CSV (Comma Delimited)' from the list of type options.
Then drag and drop or click to upload the CSV file into Import Users.
To add or remove users in bulk, select 'Download Employee CSV', make edits to add or delete users, then upload the file again.
