To send a FlourishDx password reset to a user in your account, first login to your Administrator Dashboard, then using the menu on the left side of the screen, select 'Users', then 'Manage Staff'. This will bring up your list of users. Use the search function to find the user, then select the user to open their details. At the bottom of the user details page, there is a 'Send Password Reset' button. Select this button, then press 'yes' in the confirmation box. This will send a password reset link to the email address registered for that user.
