All of your personal information in FlourishDx is confidential. Your employer may ask you to complete surveys to tell them about the parts of work that are protective or harmful to your mental health. These results are made available to your employer in aggregate form only, individual results are not identifiable by your employer. The only individual-level information visible to your employer is whether or not you have completed a survey or eLearning course that your employer has assigned to you.
To view and change your account permissions, login to your FlourishDx account through your web browser or app. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, select your initials, then choose 'My Settings'. Under the 'Permissions' column you can choose who is able to access de-identified data from your surveys. You can also choose whether to receive optional surveys from FlourishDx to assist with research and product improvement.
