Companies subscribed to premium or enterprise accounts have unlimited use of the wellbeing check-in request function.
We recommend conducting the check-in once a month to allow leaders sufficient time to review the aggregated results from their teams, discuss the results with their teams, and address any actions arising from those discussions. However, more frequent check-ins may be appropriate for teams in customer facing roles, particularly those at risk of developing compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
