Wellbeing Check In reminder can be pushed to the workforce as many times as necessary. However an individual user is only allowed to be notified every 12 hours.
We recommend conducting the Check In once a month to allow leaders sufficient time to review the aggregated results from their teams, discuss the results with their teams, and address any actions arising from those discussions. However, more frequent Check Ins may be appropriate for teams in customer facing roles, particularly those at risk of developing compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
